Search for something, then look to the top of the page. You'll see the word "tags" and a drop-down menu that says "also" or "only". Set it to only, then uncheck everything but the heart (heart = hentai) and have fun.

That's odd, BakaBT is one of the best and smartest sites I can think of. I strongly suspect the error is in your end. But if you really don't want to register you can just search something by name or tag if you know what you want. Oh, if you do register, you have to seed a bit or you'll eventually be banned, that's how they keep the downloads so fast.

You have to download like 20 gigas and have a rate under 0.5 to be banned. I think.
BakaBT is totally worth the seeding in my opinion though.
