Misaka literally fries her to a crisp, or use the iron sand and cut her to pieces, or pierce with her the railgun. Pick your poison Dragon Kid.
The superheroes in Tiger and Bunny are not impressive at all compare to the To Aru Cast, due to the many broken abilities the To Aru Cast have.
Heck, Misaka could very likely solo the Tiger and Bunny cast.
