I got the Oxford Companion to Wine for my 21st birthday. It's incredibly fun to read.

Man, I don't think I've read a fiction book in a good long while. Too many good non-fiction books that I want to get through these days D:

So I made a tumblr dream log for a friend of mine, but then I realized that all I dream about is nerdy stuff. BUT THAT'S NORMAL FOR DOUJINSTYLE SO YOU SHOULD HAVE A READ

The story was bearable, but the pages of description about single inanimate objects, half-page long sentences, indecipherable colonial English dialect, and massive amounts of symbolism, I couldn't bear.

I loved The Scarlet Letter, especially it's fanciful descriptions of things.

Is it wro-wrong that I think it's kinda fun when I hit you in the back of the head with a gun?

That's a nice one.

Though these are more theoretical papers then books I'll put them up anyway:

"The Accidental Conquerors" by Jarred Diamond
"A theory of the Origin of the State" by Robert L. Carneiro and
"The Hydraulic Civilization" by Karl A. Wittfogel

You think so? I thought it was...almost pointless. I finished it, and all I had left to wonder was what the point of reading it was.

Anyways, I'm reading The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton
