User Agreement
Through the use of this website (DoujinStyle.com and all pages on the domain) you agree to these terms for the use of services provided by DoujinStyle.com. This includes but is not limited to the forum software and any pages that may be hosted on the website. If you do not agree to these terms and do not wish to be bound by the terms expressly stated here, you are to immediately exit this website and will not continue to use any services hosted by DoujinStyle.com or connect to DoujinStyle.com by any means of communication including but not limited to a web browser, a mobile phone, or a device capable of communication to the internet regardless of the device. Unless otherwise stated, this agreement is effective immediately without any notice to the users and may be updated at any time without any notice to the users. It is a user's responsibility to read the terms of service before accessing the website and from time to time while visiting the website to check for changes.
Proxy Scan
During the registration process at any given point you may be subject to a scan through a proxy scanner. This is to ensure that a user is a legitimate user and not a user that is coming in through an open proxy in order to cause issues on the forums. If you are using a proxy to access this website, please do not register from your location. It would be better to do one of the following:
1. Register from a home connection.
2. E-mail me at me@karusune.com with your IP address at your location so that we can manually let you through. We can also create you an account and give you access to it to change your password and information.
This proxy scan does NOT scan your computer or take any personal information, it only analyzes the connection for known habits of proxy servers including private and public proxies. It is not guaranteed to work 100% of the time, if you feel that it may be set off, please copy the e-mail above and e-mail me with any problems you have.
As of the time of this posting, the scanner will ONLY scan during registration.

DoujinStyle.com does not allow visitors to access the website via a proxy due to abuse of the privilege in the past. Users caught in the act of using a proxy to create multiple accounts, bypass bans, or for any other purpose may be removed from the website without any further questioning. We do understand that in some cases a proxy is required to access the outside internet and therefore we will only consider proxies to those who can access the internet under normal circumstances and do allow for ISP-level proxies to be in use.

User Harassment
You may not use DoujinStyle.com as a location to communicate with other users on the grounds of any form of harassment. This includes insulting a user based on the race, gender, nationality, religious views, political views, ethical views, or on any other grounds that can be considered as harassment. We take harassment seriously. Furthermore, we take sexual harassment very seriously in cases where harassment has been reported and in the case that boundaries are crossed to cause serious emotional damage to a member, we are prepared to get law enforcement involved.
When reporting a member of harassment, please include any conversation logs, screenshots of the conversations in their location (private message, instant message, IRC, etc.), and any background information that can be provided on what happened and when it started. Moderators and administrators will work to ensure that harassment is stopped at the source.
Furthermore, we encourage after reporting the individual for harassment to block further communication with the user outside of the forums. We will take measures, in the case that a harassment case is warranted, to ensure that it does not continue.
Please note that false reports of harassment may also constitute as harassment in certain cases. We go through various methods to ensure that each harassment case is investigated and that action will not be made before all facts appear to be known.

#DoujinStyle is hosted on the UCSN IRC network which is a network owned by multiple organizations. The channel is under direct ownership of DoujinStyle.com, and in association, owned by holy based on agreement between DoujinStyle.com and UCSN.
The channel is co-founded by the administration of DoujinStyle.com, represented by Keiro as the channel founder.
User Rights
DoujinStyle.com users as well as non-registered visitors may engage in activities within the channel and are allowed to join the channel freely. The rules apply to both registered and unregistered users of DoujinStyle.com and visitors from outside of DoujinStyle.com. The administrative and moderation teams reserve the right to remove a user from the channel at any time for any reason.
Behavior
Users are expected to display respect for other members of the channel at all times. The following behaviors are prohibited and may be met with punishment by the moderation or administration team:
1. Users will not harass another user. We do not tolerate racism or sexism remarks directed at another user in the channel. If a user asks another to stop with the behavior, user is expected to stop. Further comments of these type will be dealt with by moderation and administration.
2. #DoujinStyle is not a spam channel. Please do not spam or flood in the channel. We understand that conversations of a light nature generally become interesting, but if your text begins to get in the way of conversation, you will be asked to stop. Any further behavior will be dealt with by moderation and administration.
3. Do not attempt to impersonate another user. Impersonation is defined as attempting to gain one's credentials in the channel or attempting to convince others that you're a user that you're not.
4. Users will not ask for access in the channel (op, etc.).
5. Users will follow the channel rules and by extension the UCSN policies defined here.
6. Users should read and abide by the MOTD when connecting to the server. This is located in the server tab in your IRC client when connecting.
7. Only Kyana has the right to flood on the channel.
8. You must have a pancake on your head to enter the IRC.
9. Do not argue with Nappael about politics, it will result in infinite boredom.
