Aquarion has got that Vandread feel for those who haven't watched either

Definitely one of the better serious releases in this month.

I remember Aquarion. It currently holds the title for my fastest dropped series in comparison to how much I was looking forward to it. Most anime lacks originality, but Aquarion is just shameless. And the transformation scenes were like super sentai with random orgasms thrown in.

Unless I hear really good things about EVOL I won't bother.
