Looked like generic fanservice as usual that happens every season but it was actually kinda ok, the OP was not bad either.
Heard its a light novel that has about 7 volumes out right about now, must be somewhat popular to have that many volumes. The Series has potential. To each his own however.

11 volumes, actually. Translations of the novels are going on in Bakatsuki atm. Putting aside the fanservice and the MC's obnoxiously dim-minded perversion, people familiar with the novels say the story's more serious than it looks. Although I'll have to look it up further myself.

I kinda like it, sure it's a fanservice show but it seems like it'll have some action and the cast seems decent enough as far as these kind of shows go. Not to mention Rias is hot.

All I needed to see was the disparity between the male character animation and the female character animation to know that this show will offer me nothing but boobs. I don't need more boobs. There are already plenty of them in anime.

The first episode don't have so many fanservice scenes compared to many others titles. And I don't care about the boobs, I see mine everyday. 
So... It's an anime funny because of the expressions of main characters are idiots. It's good to kill the time. :>
