I believe they have yet to do UFO and 10 desires when they are done then yep they are finished

note: i am really bad at typing and posting on the INTERNET as it is often too hard to read
if you find it hard to read some parts "quote" them and ask me what do you mean and i will explain better as i know how bad i am at typing and such but surprisingly if you ask me to redo my post (polity of course) i will read through it and make it much more better and intelligent. when i redo my posts (if you ask me to) it will become much better

I think the point is that ZUN is no longer against doujin circles making stuff that people may easily mistake to be official.
