Deathsmiles is pretty cool, but so are gradius and games like that. I can't decide but I'll go with loli, just because I can.

I prefer out-of-vehicle shooters. It just makes you feel the characters more.

Damn I am the only one who really really likes space shooters alot more. It was to be expected though.

Personally, I love space shooters. Star Soldier and Alltynex are 2 of my favorite series' of all time.
I just prefer lolis just a tiny bit. For me, the gameplay is all the same, but with lolis, you really get to know the characters and the story a lot better .

Unless you count Star Control 2 (well I guess it really doesn't count since it's more of a arena vs shooter in the vein of archon (even made by the same people stAR CONtrol 2)
