I have yet to see it myself. Then again, TAMUSIC's non-Touhou albums tend to be less popular (either people not buying it or too scared to upload it). I might try to buy it like I did for Puella Musica, but I'm a little tight on funds at the moment.

If an artist asks for their content to be removed then it ought to be removed no questions asked, "proper channels" or no.

If they contacted DS by email, was it ｃａｓｋｅｔatｙｕｋｉｎｏｈａｎａ．ｎｅｔ? As far as I know, these arrangement albums are in a gray area as far as copyright protection goes, so I could see why they wouldn't go through formal channels to get their works taken down. Still, the album's taken down now and I doubt anyone's going to reupload it.
