Your drawing style looks pretty good. Also I think the tattoo version doesn't look that bad, even though it's probably not much of an addition either. As said above you should slightly edit the third pose though.

Care to elaborate which particular criticisms? By all means, I DO read and acknowledge the posts of this thread.
Though, do note the rose on the girl's sprites is slated to be removed. But we wanted to see what more people think.

Guy on the right looks too young as said above.
As for the girl, looks good. Still her proportion seems bigger than the characters from the left (because her head is bigger), so I don't know if she's just resized differently on the image or it was really a mistake. ANYWAY the tattoo needs lighting, it's just all black so it looks just copypasted and it doesn't fit at all (edit: ninja'd by post above).
And...
her right arm on this pose is huge! If the 1st and 3rd pose were together this would be easier noticeable.

the shading is extremeley well done but the breasts are too literal.
considering the kind of shirt she's wearing her breasts would not look like that in it. as i have stated before, it looks like the shirt is tucked under her boobs.
also: considering the 3 poses for the girl, if you look at the most left and the most right, they are pretty much the same stance but flipped, but the most right one has nipple showing. and in reality, also, you would not see side nipple when she's only slightly turned. it would have to be a fully side shot. unless her nipple is missplaced or her boobs are just generally growing <--> in those directions. and since its eroge im pretty sure she's gonna have nice boobs.
