Norway doesn't really have too much impressive electronic music to offer, but Röyksopp are just amazing.
You should check out the sick remix they did for Lady Gaga's "Judas" track:
I'm into all kinds of electronic music, but most Norwegian stuff seems to be either minimal techno or generic prog. house, it's boring.
