Well, most the people who would be buying their wares in person now have more pressing needs for their money after the disaster. Their choice to put it up for free and accept donations from those capable was a decision of champions.

I have ordered couple of albums from Toranoana and melon. According to their websites, the deliver will be shipped as it scheduled despite the earthquake and reitaisai8 cancellation. Hopefully, I can rip and upload some CDs here

I knew it! It couldn't been canceled. Updates are probably gonna be slow but that's ok. did anyone preorder anything from Japan before the earthquake happened? If you did, you would've gotten the CD's a few days ago (or earlier) oO.

Yes, I did preorders but the deliever will start after the date which reitaisai8 was supposed to open, Mar 13.
Considering international shipping, I may get stuffs on around Mar 24.

That's good to know. I was actually going to preorder N13 from Melonbooks too, but since I was also preordering from Toranoana, it would have been a mess of additional fees.

Japan was just hit by one of the largest earthquakes in recorded history followed by an aftershock, which triggered two more major disasters in their area. They've barely just started recovering. Reitaisai is still reborn. Some circles start giving out stuff for free.
