Hey guys,
Ever since I've been issued a locked-down computer from this maritime service academy, I haven't been able to install applications, which in this case happens to be the patch files for Hisoutensoku and SWR. Would anyone be able to compile the patch files for both games and upload them to a file-hosting website so that I can download them and manually install them? That would be a great help as I can't really netplay without being fully updated.
