Okay, I've never watched a single episode of One Piece, but I do have over 250 episodes on my PC. Along with all the Movies and TV Specials. I can't even remember why I decided to download them - I'm not even that into Shounen-style anime. Anyway...
The question I have for you today, is: Should I just delete the 60+gb of One Piece I've collected, or is it really that good a show?

It's a random obligatory shounen just like Dragonball, Naruto and Bleach.
Not saying it's necessarily bad, but don't expect a masterpiece of art.
I say try it first, then keep watching until you get bored.

i really got into One Piece. I didn't watch the anime but i spend one week reading the manga. After that, i searched my favorites scenes in the anime.

Are you serious? Why would you download it then? Oh, well I'm one to speak, I downloaded all episodes of Kodocha and only watched around 20 before deleting it.

I've am reading the both Naruto and One Piece. I like one piece better for some reason.
I don't why I have the feeling the Naruto might end before One Piece. IMHO.

If you like watching 380+ episodes and still ongoing anime that's about pirates with comedy and action, then you should watch this.
I never bothered watching it because its huge amounts of episodes.

I like Bleach, Naruto, and Dragonball more then One Piece but One Piece is a ok show to watch and it best to read One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach but I see ur point Bleach, Naruto, and Dragonball is best than One Piece

397 episodes (as of this very moment), 5 TV Specials, 9 movies (soon to be 10), and 1 OVA. Wow...
They just now have made it to the half way point of the Grand Line, and it's still one of my favorite animes.

I've been following One Piece for 7 years now, started watching when it was only 33 episodes, never stopped loving it, ranks very high for me.
Haven't liked many of the movies (but loved 6, and 8? it think was just a short version of the arabasta arc, which was pretty good actually)
It just started getting awesome again with the latest episodes, too, which was nice.

I prefer the manga to the anime only because I can read faster than an episode takes to finish

Well, (spoiler for manga below)
Impel Down just ended.
Man, did Bon Clay really have to leave himself behind to let the others escape, his character was just getting good.
Other than that, seems Luffy, Crocodile and the others are already heading their bandwagon with ivankov to Marineford, though how they're going get past the base's Gate of Justice is probably going to be a trickier situation
Though Buggy's speech in the recent ch to pump up those no name pirates for Marineford was pretty cool
