Well, after a lot of time setting it up, this is the new DoujinStyle.com. Let me run through what has changed, and what is going to happen.
1. THE COMMUNITY
The DoujinStyle.com community is an amazing one, full of amazing people that share their interests in a lot of various topics. The last forums were just insane in terms of usage. This is mainly because you had to visit the forums, register, and then look for the topic that you wanted to get the download links from. Not only this, but people were posting like crazy, and all this combined put a lot of strain on the server.
Now, we are going to have a main site, just like 5 years ago. The focus is not the forums anymore, however, I will be setting up new forums that you can post in. If you don’t wanna post in them that’s fine, but they will be there if you want to use them. I am going to try and get an archive up of the old forums that people will be able to browse, not register, not post, just browse. Consider it of a kind of legacy to what DoujinStyle was.
2. THIS NEW LAYOUT
The new layout will have links on the right, well, I should say categories. These categories will be comprehensive lists of all the doujin material that we have for download. If you want a music album and you can’t find it in the category, no problem, just simply use the search at the top right. This is what DoujinStyle was always meant to be about, and now it is time to fulfill it.
3. SUBMISSIONS
Is there an album, or a game that we don’t have? Then you can just submit it to us. I will be constructing a page where you can submit the links to us so we can add it to our database. That is all there is to that.
4. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED WITH ALL THAT STUFF!?
Oh, you mean our last host we were on? Yeah, I will always appreciate what they did for me, they saved me, and without them this site would not exist. But that is water under the bridge, they can get on with whatever they want to do, and I can get on with mine. Also to the people who for some unknown reason “hate” me, let me just say this. You only know one side of the story, what you have been told. The only reason what happened happened, is because I wanted the site to be up so you could all use it whilst we fixed it. Granted, it was a mistake, but it was not intentionally ignoring anyone or going behind anyones back, it was a misunderstanding and a mistake, that is it. Anyway, that doesn’t matter anymore.
5. NEW IRC? WHAT!
Our old IRC only ever looked like it was populated because, like, half of the members in there were actually the guys who ran the server I was on. People can still go to the old IRC, but me and a few others won’t be there. This is a new start, so it requires a change of IRC too, plus Rizon is a much better server for it. How to connect? Details are are at the very top.
6. SO HOLY, WHAT YOU GONNA DO!?
I and others will be populating the site with all the stuff that we can find, or already have. I will also be creating new forums, and trying to get an archive back up of the old forums. I will also construct a page where you can submit material to us. Remember you can e-mail me any time: holystorm@gmail.com.
Glad to see Doujinstyle back in business! I hope whatever misunderstandings that occurred can be resolved and everyone can get along. I wait patiently for Doujinstyle’s full recovery.

The profiles are archived, however the new forums are a new start, so you will have to have new profiles.

Yeah, I’m completely lost as to what the drama is about. What’s with this “one side of the story” and dudes hating on holy? From what I’ve heard a bunch of old junk posts were going to be deleted because they were more trouble then they were worth and that’s the last I’ve heard about DS’s goings on until now.
Maybe the mods won’t be nazis this time around.
